The new Professional Plus range cookers are inspired to bring robustness, ergonomics, and operability to the domestic space. The ILVE Professional Plus 60-inch range is combined with a brushed finish for knobs and handles. The range cooker has a 3.5 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 2.3 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. Both the cavities are coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element.
