Sgk-Shag Kids Performance Geometric Rug

I purchased this rug for my daughters room and it arrived about a month ago. Unfortunately, Im giving this 4 stars because it still had noticeable offgassing (bad new rug smell) this whole month. Also, the rug corners turn up a bit so I had to buy some carpet tape to keep the corners from being a trip hazard. The rug is cute and soft on bare feet. Id still but it again, despite the issues.

LOVE this rug. The colors are vibrant and the smell that emanates is nothing but the smell of a new rug. It has already diminished after a day (another review mentioned how bad the smell was for them). I expect it to go away in another day or two, especially with a German Shepherd! I purchased the square sized rug for our playroom and it's perfect. I've been looking for a rug that was not too feminine or too boyish for years since I have a boy and a girl. I finally gave up and just resorted to the wood floor but then I saw this rug...it compliments our small playroom perfectly and brings a comfort to the room now! Definitely a great buy and a fun rug for a playroom.
