I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! I highly recommend this chair to anyone that wants a comfortable and beautiful recliner! We bought two of these couches over the Black Friday Cyber Monday sale.. both sectionals arrived with some minor damage that the delivery man and I were quick to report - unsure of Wayfair and the manufacturers response just yet. Thankfully, it fits, and it’s also super comfortable. I had pretty much resigned myself to never ordering a couch online again after my last one ended up being way too firm. But after weeks of researching, I finally committed to this one, and I don’t regret it at all Also, you HAVE to fluff the pillows! I was a little worried after seeing some of the review photos where the pillows looked really flat, but they just need some attention. I literally punched and fluffed each one for about 2–3 minutes, and I swear they puffed right up! So if they look flat when you first unpack them, don’t panic. Give them a good beating first. Lastly, I saw a few reviews mentioning that some of the holes for the legs weren’t drilled. I almost feel like those reviewers may not have read the directions because the “missing holes” are actually on the end pieces. The middle section is the only piece where all four legs are screwed directly into the bottom. Once you follow the instructions and see how the pieces fit together, it makes sense. Overall, I’m VERY happy with this couch. It’s huge, comfy, the pillows fluff up beautifully, and I’m glad I took the chance ordering a couch online again!. Anonymous. Sun Aug 23 2026

We love this sofa! It’s more firm and not really as soft as our fabric sofa but we will adjust. When they installed it, they put the fold down part one spot down too far, it didn’t bother us but if you want that for the recliner you may want to make sure they do it correctly.. Samantha.
