Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough. Better than a zero clearance recliner and ideal for space with limited square footage (e.g. RV), this recliner can be placed directly against the wall and optimizes the space available. When you ease into the reclining position, the seat moves forward but leaves no gap between the back and the seat. The back of the recliner doesn't bump against a wall or whatever is placed behind it.

Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. It’s a nice quality, very comfortable, well made recliner. Has good lumbar support, a seating surface that is perfect - soft enough to be comfy but firm under that for excellent support. Exactly as I expected by the description on the website. I need this type of chair for my back and this exceeded my expectations. This chair is super soft. The electric reclining is great. You get to the point where youre all the way reclined that you almost feel weightless. I’m very happy with my 2 new lounge chairs recliners. So far they function wonderfully from sitting to reclining positions. On both sides of the chair there are two buttons that tightlock the chosen chair position, so it stays secure. The little pillow is definitely a plus for better comfort to anybody’s head that sits or lays down on the chair. The little table on the side fits easily well on the chair and it’s great to put my drink, phone or book. Color Cobalt Blue is gorgeous and matches my sun umbrella perfectly. Overall, great purchase!
