Longer delivery time than usual When checking the site for this item a 2 day delivery was indicated the confirmation email added 2 more days and actual delivery was delayed for 1 more days, so it took a total of 5 days to get the cabinet. The installation instructions were not available on either Wayfair or manufacturer’s site, so had to call to get them, hoping we can go ahead and do the rough in while waiting for the cabinet. However, this didn’t help much as the email with the instructions from came in at the same time with the delivery. On the positive side the cabinet is spacious and has 4 adjustable shelves. On the negative side the door only opens just barely pass 90 degrees, at installation the door it’s a little cumbersome to slide in (requires 2 people) glass shelves install also a little cumbersome some of the pegs’ flex arms broke in the process (also had to call to obtain add’l pegs to secure the glass shelves for now but also to ensure I have extras in case we’ll need to re-adjust, the shelves), the door bumpers do not stick. To end on a positive note, Wayfair customer service is trying to help as much as they possibly can , and I appreciated this. There was some kind of issue with the first shipment and I had to wait weeks before they finally resend it to me. It was a Fedex issue, and not the sellers fault. Beautiful medicine cabinet. Shelves are a little tricky to adjust and level. Need to get them right where you want them, then tighten a screw on each side. Ours is recessed, so did not use the side mirrors. Fits nice and flush. Slow close feature works well. At $100 this medicine cabinet is priced well below most of similar style.. Cm.
