I’m really happy with this bed. It was surprisingly easy to assemble, and all the pieces fit together well. Once assembled, the bed feels very sturdy and solid, and it looks even better in person. One of my favorite features is the storage drawer underneath the bed. The drawer has wheels, so it slides in and out very easily, and it’s perfect for storing extra blankets, pillows, clothes, or other things that I don’t want sitting around the room. I also really like the thoughtful design of the slats. There is Velcro along the slat area that helps keep everything securely in place, so the slats don’t move around easily when the bed is being used. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference. The included tools were a pleasant surprise they even provided a ratcheting hex wrench, which most kits skip. That small detail made tightening everything much quicker and less frustrating. The frame itself feels sturdy once put together. It looks like a mix of materials rather than pure solid wood, which is fine for the price and still holds up nicely. The only real drawback is the headboard height. It’s a bit low, so any mattress taller than about 12 inches will mostly hide it. If you prefer a visible headboard, stick with a lower-profile mattress or plan to add pillows for a layered look.
