The product is great, however our first one was defective. Part of foam on the chair never expanded to its full size. Anytime I sat in it I would fall out of the side of the chair due to the defect. Wayfair customer service was very helpful and replaced the chair with a new one within 3 days. Overall, pleased. It serves it's purpose. What I did not find pleasing: no cushioning between the black cover and the wood. You feel it. Assembling this took some time. The cover is not made of great quality, the wrinkles from packaging are refusing to come out. Makes it look cheap. What I am pleased about: the size-height, length, it works well. It is fairly light, easy enough to move around. Does not take up too much space in my bedroom. The curvature works well. The cover is removable, easy cleaning. Overall, I like it. Love this accent piece for my bedroom! I got the burnt orange/mustard color and it goes very well against my wood floors.
