I have a puppy that plays and jumps A LOT and was concerned about having a leather sofa. His sharp nails and rough playing has not damaged the sofa at all. Thank goodness! The color is great. This is a lovely mid century modern couch. It arrived very well packaged but did have a small scuff on the back of one of the cushions. It was hard to out together with two people. The directions say to put the arm on, then the back but either way was hard. Once they were together it slides together to lock and the feet go on.
