I have had this rug for over two years and I am finally writing a review! I always like to wait and live with the item to give better feedback and this rug has exceeded my expectations. I ordered this knowing the description said navy and orange even though the product pictures at the time when I ordered it made it look black and tan. I was very happy with the colors when it arrived. We have a dog and a cat and we are sometimes careless about wearing shoes in our house but this has held up wonderfully. I go over it with my rug scrubber every few months and it looks brand new. We also vacuum frequently and it has never shed or shown any kind of wear from that either. It’s still super soft especially after a good cleaning. I got a high quality rug pad to go under it and that made it extra cozy in our living room. I highly recommend this rug!. Emma. Altoona, PA. It had a horrible chemical smell, and the colors were blotchy. It was in bad shape. Wayfair made it super easy to return. This is my replacement rug, and its beautiful. The rug is beautiful, exactly as pictured and will look great in my room. The only disappointment is that your preparation process for shipping lacks care. The rug should be rolled around some kind of tubing to prevent creases and folds from occurring. They appear to have occurred during your rolling process and sealed in tightly when wrapped. I am using all the hints online to remove them but are stubbornly resistant. While I appreciated the free shipping, I would have been happy to pay a few dollars more if necessary for Wayfair to use tubing to prevent this !!. Nancy. Fort Lauderdale, FL. Mon Aug 03 2026
