The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. This one definitely delivers on that. It comfortably fits both my husband and me. I also love that it connects to my phone via Bluetooth so we can play music while we’re in there. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
