My partner and I have been using this split frame for a few months now and we love it. This is our first hollow box spring after living with an old coil box spring for so long. Though there are definitely differences, we sleep just as well on it. For reference, the two of us on our queen double pillow top mattress with four additional mattress tops are roughly 650lbs all together. This split frame easily holds all of the combined weight. I was skeptical of buying this mattress due to some of the reviews but I think it’s great. I gave it four stars because it’s a little firmer than I expected (as many of the reviews state) I don’t feel that it is ultra plush as advertised but it’s still very comfortable and I don’t wake up with back pain..
