Very nice piece. More shelves--four--than many other baker's racks. Piece is nice, moderate height. "Assembly" is really only unfolding the front vertical pieces and folding down the shelves. I absolutely love this! It is perfect for what we needed. We have very limited storage in our kitchen and we needed something for the air fryer, coffee maker, the toaster and then just miscellaneous stuff. I also needed a place to put my kitchen towels, so the drawer works great, the other drawer we’re going to put all our spices in there. My husband chose not to get the professional from Wayfair to put it together and he definitely regretted that decision after it took us five hours to put together. The instructions were clear and it wasn’t hard. It was just time-consuming. I would definitely spend the extra money and have them do it. The only thing I didn’t like is the cut out in the back for the cords to go through to plug-in. It’s right in the middle. It serves no purpose for me. I can’t plug my coffee maker in with the cord going through there unless I use an extension cord, and I tried putting our microwave on the shelf and same thing. I love the curio . It is perfect for just a touch of bronze metal in my Victorian salon and perfect curio for my carnival glass water goblets and tea cups. What sucked was I was told though that the unit was already assembled and was assured twice that the unit did not come in packaging and that delivery drivers would bring in to the room. The drivers were very nice but it arrived in a huge box and I had shoulder surgery recently and was recovering . So it created a lot of needless drama where I had to get friends over to unpack and up and dow flights of stairs with cardboard and foam that got all over the carpet. Took 3 hours to get things together which was no fun after surgery. Also I had called twice and was assured of the delivery details. I would easily just got white glove but the saleswoman on the phone assured me it was not needed AKA incompetent workers. I am pleased to review the building of this cabinet. Being a 85 year old woman I was able to put together to the door installation in approximately 3 1/2 hours. The directions were easy to follow. I thought the door installation which was the last thing would take two people, one to hold and one to screw the screws into the cabinet, but, with an electric screwdriver one person can install four cabinet doors in 1/2 hour. The only con on this cabinet was seeing the small black pilot holes where the screws needed to be for the cabinet door installation. I love my finished cabinet and it’s being used in my black and white living room.
