This iron platform bed delivers a classic, industrial-inspired look to your space with its streamlined metal construction. The headboard and footboard showcase vertical spindles with rounded finials, creating a balanced design that feels both airy and grounded. Since it's designed with a built-in slat kit, you can place your mattress directly on the frame without needing a box spring. The open design allows for plenty of under-bed storage to keep extra bedding or bins neatly tucked away. Plus, the center support legs provide added stability for a restful night's sleep.

Looks beautiful! Seems very sturdy! I purchased for my guest room. I love the style!. Mamabearx3. Martinsburg, WV. Fri Oct 23 2026

This platform bed updates your home with a vintage-inspired look that blends seamlessly into any traditional or farmhouse setup. Constructed from steel, it features a slatted headboard and footboard that introduce an airy, open profile to your arrangement. Center support legs work alongside the perimeter frame to deliver a stable sleeping foundation that handles everyday use smoothly. Because the system includes its own steel slats, your mattress rests directly on the base to simplify your setup. Plus, it features an adjustable headboard height so you can easily customize the clearance to suit your specific mattress thickness.

The bed frame is simple but quite pretty and sturdy. The low profile footboard doesn’t cut into a small room - helps to keep it open. And there are two height choices. The taller choice allows for a nice space underneath for storage. The only thing I worry about is the plastic spacers that keep the crossbars for the platform in place. If a person needed to take the bed apart for any reason, I would worry that those spacers would wear out.. Michele. Harlingen, TX. Thu May 14 2026

Built with a metal frame, it features an openwork headboard and footboard detailed with vertical spandrels and decorative finials for a touch of vintage-inspired style. Exactly what I wanted and a high enough headboard-where you can see the metal still poking out with all my decor pillows. Even with a thick platform bed and mattress! Very sturdy and doesn’t creak! Wayfair had the best price on this beauty, and I’m able to pay it out! Thanks!. Dawn Gardenhire . Oklahoma. Tue Jun 30 2026

Update your bedroom with this platform bed frame and all its traditional charm – plus, some modern practicality. It's crafted from steel in a classic silhouette and comes with wooden slats that eliminate the need for a box spring. The design features an elegant slatted headboard showcasing vintage-inspired turns details and a softly arching top, paired with a matching footboard to complete the look. What's more, the 10" under-bed clearance means there's also plenty of room for a couple storage bins.

I did a lot of research regarding the weight capacity of metal beds. We have a king size black beauty rest mattress that works best with box springs so the total mattress weight has to be around 200lbs. My husband and I combined are just under 400 lbs. so I wanted a minimum of 700 lbs to more than cover. Also my husband is 6’2” and I was concerned about his feet getting caught in the footboard. We tested it without the box springs because the bed doesn’t require those. He didn’t have any issues but we ended up adding the box springs anyway. Now the bed with the springs goes higher than the footboard. The mattress height alone is 14 inches and box springs add about 4 inches. The bed frame is heavy at just under 103 pounds so that was important. I didn’t want a lightweight frame. The decor on the head and footboard is beautiful, gives an antique vibe like the bed my grandmother had but no squeaking. We have slept on this for just under a week and there is no sound. We were able to put this together is about twenty minutes. The instructions are clear with numbers for connecting pieces that slid into place easily. We did use the rubber mallet included to secure each piece. Love the bed, very happy with the sturdiness and look.. Linda. Kansas City, MO. Thu Sep 10 2026

The bed frame consists of 12 upgraded, thickened steel bars that provide solid support for the mattress without the need for an additional box spring. A scratch-resistant coating not only makes routine maintenance a breeze, but also ensures that the frame stays looking as good as new for a long time.We understand your desire for a quieter sleep, so we've designed quiet buckles to secure each slat, effectively minimizing any unwanted shaking and noise. In addition, the bottom of the foot of the bed is equipped with plastic foot plugs to protect your floor from scratches. The 11.6 inches of space under the bed provides plenty of storage height, which makes it convenient to store sundries or clean up and clean down, especially for you who love a tidy living space.Considering the hassle that installing the furniture may bring, we have thoughtfully packed all the necessary accessories, tools and detailed instructions together so that you can easily complete the assembly in about half an hour and experience a quick and easy assembly process.Overall, if you are looking for a bed with a unique design, reliable quality and a comfortable sleeping experience, then this butterfly patterned metal platform bed is undoubtedly the ideal choice for you!

Easy to put together and comes with everything needed to do so took about 45 minutes by myself. Make sure to pay extra close attention to the bolt sizes and which is which assembling this half asleep resulted in having to take it apart and start from scratch the next day so just a little word of warning from experience! Mega space under the bed and it doesn’t make any noise so far! Also the full size frame that I got has managed to fit the queen mattress I’m temporarily sleeping on while in the moving process…idk how but I’m impressed!. Anonymous. Michigan, United States. This is great. Seems structurally stable. Easy to put together. Two complaints. The silver metal bolts are visible on the outside of the posts, so I’m spray painting those to match the frame. The bigger complaint is that the mattress slides. The bottom rails are smooth and flush. there’s no recessed area for the mattress to sit in to keep it in place. So we will be installing a rail of some sort to keep it from moving every time you get in and out of bed.. Liz P. Ohio. Wed May 13 2026
