This is a gorgeous, modern chair that looks and feels very high-end. It is substantial and well-built, but still light and easy to move. It came packed extremely well, and was fully assembled. The box is large and somewhat unwieldy, so will require two people to move. The acacia wood is smooth and beautiful, and the woven straps are uniform and tight. The chair is very comfortable, though it’s pretty low-profile and would probably be harder for some people to get out of. It also has a weight limit of 250 lbs, if I recall correctly, so may not be appropriate for some larger people. It's genuine wood and genuine leather, low slung and very comfortable for extended reading sessions. Cons - the packaging is extremely rudimentary (zero cushioning inside the box) and the first chair arrived with the front right leg completely broken. Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! So far they have been used for a few days and are comfortable and seem sturdy. I also want to specify that I chose these chairs because the legs fold completely and the chair folds ( not completely in half but close to it) making them much easier to store for the winter..
