Living Room Arm Chair

The chair is very pretty and looks really nice in my living room. The wood is really nice, it has a bit of a rustic feeling, and the polyester tweed fabric is lovely. Putting it together was not that hard, though the trick was that we had to leave all the screws loose and then once it was all put together, we tighten them (which would be a good idea to write as part of the instructions.) It came with two flaws, one is that the wood is dented but is in the inside of the leg so it is not that visible. The other one is that two pieces leave a small gap. The back is a bit stiff, but adding a cushion makes the difference and makes it look nice. It’s a nice chair, on the lower side and quite comfortable It took me 25 minutes to assemble the chair, for me it was straight forward and I didnt have any problems, just follow the instructions and be swear that the bigger holes need to show to the outside to connect the arm pieces, it’s already written in the box so I don’t have the issue at all. We ordered a couple of these chairs to fill some space in our living room. They look great and assembled easily. We weren't quite sure what color they would be. The description claims they are blue velvet. But in my living room they look teal, which for us works out fine. However, I noticed in the photo I took the chair looks more blue. I think this is because the fabric has a sheen to it and the light from the camera flash bounces off of it. We are hoping the cats will not be interested in scratching the velvet fabric!. Linda. These chairs serve their purpose beautifully and look great in our den. They aren't the most comfortable right out of the box due to being on the stiffer side, but I expect they'll soften up over time. The stripes don't line up perfectly between chairs, but with a lumbar pillow in each, it's barely noticeable. One chair arrived damaged, but Wayfair made the replacement process incredibly easy. Since we'd already tossed the original box, they simply sent a new chair along with its own box, so we could pack up the damaged one and send it back with no hassle. They even provided a shipping label and scheduled a FedEx pickup within a day or two.
