I was pleased to receive these and not have to put anything together. I ordered these specifically for my desk in the spare room and an extra chair in the living area. I really like the color and size of the chair; height of the seat is 16", but you sink down ~1" through the braided material. It starts to become a little uncomfortable if you remain seated for greater than a couple hour stretch due to the lack of seat stability, but for a dining room chair it would be perfect. I am curious how the material will hold up over the long term or if they will start to sag more with use. For now, they look great and serve the perfect function I need them for.. Michele. Orwaid.
