The table is solid, pretty well made, no problems putting it together. We bought it because of the scissor legs, which make for more leg room on the sides, also can seat 8 at least with the leaf , six wo as you see it in photo. Ends are a little closer to legs but better to have two people max dealing with legs than four. I did sand the top with 220 and 400 grit, then rubbed in some teak oil. The corners and edges were fairly “sharp”., and the top not as smooth as I like. But fine now. For the price I guess it is too much to expect but didn’t take me 45 minutes, I am sure the factory could do it in a couple of minutes if that.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 28 2026

It also has an umbrella hole when you only extend the table if you keep it smaller, the whole disappears it goes under the table all in all I have purchased this with the matching modern white Kyle Wood chairs and I’m very pleased with the whole design of this set in the outcome. Price point is actually very good as well.. Trisha. Sat Oct 03 2026
