This table looks as expected, the wood is really pretty, the table is heavy and feels solid (prior to assembly). Unfortunately, the table top arrived damaged which, of course I didn't see until unboxing and assembling the table. Where the quality gets questionable is the hardware and predrilled holes. The assembly is fairly simple, but because the pilot holes are so narrow, the Allen bolts would not completely screw in. This caused the table to feel wobbly and unstable. Even the one leg that did screw in completely was still wobbly. The cracks in the table top weren't noticeable initially, but one went all the way through and can be seen on the top of the table. I can only imagine the weather making this worse very quickly. The Allen wrench provided stripped several bolts making it really tricky to dissemble and repackage for return. I had my 16 yr old son assemble this table without any assistance. This was his first project. He got it assembled! Parts were loose. I had to explain what a self locking nut was and that he needed either a socket or wrench to tighten the screw to the nut. After a brief demonstration, he nailed it. Heavy duty outdoor dining table is the perfect size for the six people I will be entertaining on my back patio. The wood grain on the metal is a bit faux looking but it is metal so that is to be expected.
