We love these mighty Maximus Arena and Maximus prime arena ovens, they’re an eye-catcher in sleek black and bright red! The Maximus prime is the big brother to the Maximus arena. These unique wood fire ovens are great looking and have an ultra-fast heat-up time of only 25-30 minutes. The Maximus arena weighs only 130 lbs and the Maximus prime arena at 300 lbs only. These portable ovens are perfect for a food truck/trailer or catering business, especially prime. They are super cool, modern, wood-fired pizza oven that heats up in only 30 minutes. Handmade in Portugal, these ovens are of superb quality and will cook pizzas to perfection in only 90 seconds. But our ovens don’t stop at pizza! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a stainless steel chimney pipe and cap, with built-in flu. Slip-in thermometer, ash guard, pizza peel, and a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! The outer wall is aluminum and the inner wall is stainless steel (double wall) containing a high-temperature special ceramic blanket called Rockwool which we have the international utility patent on, so don't be fooled by others claiming to use Rockwool. Stainless steel is superior due to its resistance to salt and water corrosion. The floor is made with refractory floor tiles, and the decorative facade bricks are composed of refractory cement (Lafarge), while the inside structure is made of forged iron, allowing this oven to stay hot on the inside for hours while staying cooler on the outside! This is your perfect portable oven which is why it is among authentic pizza ovens' best sellers!

This oven is great and not just for pizza. Pizza done in about 1 min.. Anonymous. Thu Dec 29 2022

The Forno di Italy Woodburning Pizza Oven is constructed using the same old-world techniques that have been used to make the finest pizza ovens in the world. Using only the highest-quality fire brick and stainless steel, Forno di Siena's pizza ovens will last many years. The Forno di Siena oven uses genuine firebrick on the interior of the dome along with 3" of fiberglass insulation between the brick and stainless steel outer dome. The brick interior allows the oven to achieve a higher temperature more quickly and maintain an even cooking temperature for a longer time, and the added fiberglass insulation prevents the outer dome from becoming dangerously hot during use. The exterior of the oven is constructed of high-grade stainless steel with a powder-coated outer dome.

It's a big beautiful oven - makes a wonderful addition to outdoor kitchen - WARNING - it takes either a rented hoist (see photos) or 4 really strong people who can clean-lift over 150 pounds, to get the oven off of the cart on the pallet, and then again up onto the cart to place the oven. Do not attempt on your own - oven and cart weigh 649 lbs. the lift handles assume you have 4 people who can lift 150 lbs over their waist. If you can pay someone to set up - do so! The photos tell the story - and at the end of the day (all day to set up) we had a delicious woodfired pizza.. Amy Petti Interior Designer,. All Things Beautiful Design, Petaluma Ca. Sat May 22 2021

Wow- the new rustic brick pizzaiolo is beautiful and different from any other authentic dome pizza oven! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement. Innovation has never tasted so good! Are you ready to take your wood-fired cooking to the next level? WPPO's newest pro-series line is the perfect marriage of authentic wood-fired cooking and high-tech control. While its convection fan can circulate heat and reignite the flame with ease to create a consistent heat and healthy fire, the digital thermostat helps monitor both deck and air temperatures. This oven comes in 3 sizes, includes a meat probe, and features an eye-catching mosaic outer shell. Overall, the lava series is great space-saving option that accommodates a single pizza or dish at a time.

The Brand New Ventura Premium Pizza Oven is beautiful (like, really beautiful). The cast stone facade is a nice blend of black and gray tones which intensifies the appearance of its stacked stone. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable (like the Lisboa). The Ventura has a higher opening than the Pizzaioli and Brazza models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. All of our brick ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! We love the Lisboa! The new premium is an authentic domed pizza oven and the first model we ever offered. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable. Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. Our standard finish is white. Premium hardware: the Lisboa has a traditional brick facade with a black non-rust cast aluminum door, chimney cavity, and stainless steel chimney. The door has a peep-through high-heat viewing window pane. Authentic pizza ovens never use a galvanized coating or zinc galvanizing coating on any of their products. You can paint or tile our white domed ovens to match your home or design specifications. You will just need to use a high-heat paint or adhesive. We recommend that you first cure your oven and use it for a few weeks and treat it with ultra fire (included) before you paint.

Had a group of neighbors over for pizza. All enjoyed. Worked great, but we need to look for a heat-resistant apron. The oven gets hot! Ordered by phone so we forgot to use our coupon for our very first Wayfair purchase. . Sharon. Old Town, ME. Wed Aug 19 2020

A thick layer of Rockwool Insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.

The brand new upgraded premium stone Lisboa pizza oven is truly a work of art. The slate stone facade and full dome are a nice blend of gray tones of natural stones which makes this a one-of-a-kind oven. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable (like the lisboa). The Lisboa has a higher opening than the pizzaiolo, buena ventura, and brazza models, which allows room to fit a spit. Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. Brand new model! Lume Largo is an upgraded Premium Pizza Oven and is so fresh and beautiful. A strong shade of gray smooth cast stone facade that has a traditional yet modern feel. This new model is very similar to the best-selling Pizzaioli Premium and is *a very* Italian-style pizza oven! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the Pizzaioli is our most authentic-looking model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor. Although they are one of the best-selling Pizzaioli models, they aren’t just for pizzas! You can cook anything your conventional oven can… and it’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! All of our ovens are Authentic Brick, not Clay! Our ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of authentic fire brick and mortar, which is then covered with a thick layer of our own international patent of Rockwool Insulation that is secured with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.

Imagine firing up your portable outdoor oven on a cozy backyard evening, laughing as friends gather for pizza night—no long waits, no bulky grills weighing you down. With 288 square inches of space, it bakes two crispy, perfectly charred pizzas at once, while the removable grill lets you roast juicy chicken or grill smoky veggies for a full feast. At just 24.2 pounds with sturdy handles, you can easily carry it to campgrounds, tailgates, or beach picnics in minutes. Simply adjust the vent and door for precise heat, turning out restaurant-worthy meals every time—so you can focus on making memories, not hovering over the grill.

Ordered this for a gift for our adult Granddaughter. They love it!. Lulu . IL. Thu Jul 23 2026

The Ventura premium pizza oven is beautiful. The cast stone facade is in a warm authentic Portuguese reddish 'sierra' brick tone which intensifies the appearance of its stacked stone. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable (like the lisboa). The Ventura has a higher opening than the pizzaioli and buena ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. We love this pizza oven. The delivery was a bit of an effort due to it being an outside company. And we needed a heavy machine to move it into place. But it was all worth the effort. We have spent many evenings with family and friends enjoying good homemade pizza, bread and more!. Anonymous. Thu Mar 20 2025

This full-stone Pizzaioli premium oven is absolutely stunning. The slate stone facade and full dome are a nice blend of gray tones of natural stones which makes this a one-of-a-kind oven. This oven is the most traditional shape (like the Buena Ventura and Pizzaioli), but with a full stoned dome. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). It can even cook two 12″ pizza pies at once! But our brick ovens aren’t just for pizzas! These ovens can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! We have the international patent for this crucial Rockwool insulation applied to wood-fired ovens so be aware when shopping for brands.
