Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose. Brentwood, CA. Mon May 18 2026

Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Burner performance is amazing, knobs change colors to show which zones are on.. Peter. Fair Oaks, CA. Thu Oct 24 2024
