First off let me say it took 2 of us to put it together. Was very easy. About 45 minutes. It is a nice storage bin. Not as sturdy and strong as I thought it would be. Seems to be very sturdy. The hinges on the lid are great. They hold the top open so you can load things into the bin. I’m not qualified to say a product is Commercial Grade material; however, I will say it is a hard plastic and not a rubber material. Everything sort of snapped together except for the top and I had to have help. Getting the hooks snapped to the lid was very difficult. This 260 gallon water resistant resin lockable deck box is HUGE! In a good way! It would be an excellent option for storing patio cushions during rain and snow since it is water resistant. Although we considered that option, we are going to use it for product deliveries to our home to help packages from getting wet and destroyed and or stolen. We will have the lock open and ask the delivery driver to lock it when they leave. It is very durable and was easy to put together. The only problem that I feel could have some attention to are the directions. They are very confusing and not very user friendly. I probably could have put it together a lot quicker without looking at the directions. Besides that, the functionality and integrity of the deck box is truly a five-star.
