The bookcase itself is very nice, but some holes didn't line up when putting it together. Also the top portion and the bottom portion do not line up flush across the front. They are offset from each other. I did not see anything explaining that the pegs that hold the shelves are made of plastic. luv the versatility of this unit and the ability to add more sections down the road. also love the simple but elegant design, my only dislike was the fact that brown is no longer available, also the instructions indicate that you would need to screw the top shelving unit into the basedrawers. I dislike, putting wood screw holes in the base. They should of designed it where instead of using wood screws, you could use machine screws to take it apart without damaging the wood.. William. We bought 2 of these to hold our records board games they worked out perfectly! They even provided a bottle of orange oil to keep them looking beautiful. The shelves were extremely easy to adjust to size they even provided extra shelf pins for just in case. The delivery to specific room option was well worth the extra 20. The big box arrived on a pallet that wouldn’t fit through the house entry doorway, so the delivery guys broke it off to get the box to the room. Great purchase delivery experience!!. Angela. Our Mission/Arts & Crafts style furniture is made with attention to detail and expertise like that of 100 year old Stickley. This is made of Quarter sawn white oak which is known for its durability, Mortise and Tenon Joinery, with 2 drawers, 4 shelves, walnut stain with a hand rubbed finish, and drawers with dovetail drawer fronts and metal glides. Make sure to remember that there is no assembly required for this product and is available in Walnut and Michael's Cherry stain.

We did have to replace the broken magnetic door latches and there was minor damage to the back corner, but nothing noticeable. It looks like it happened before delivery transport since it was padded so well. Its a beautiful piece. Its so hard to find solid wood furniture. Well probably get another one we have our eye on!.
