IMO, great chairs! The package and all parts arrived undamaged, parts are well organized in the box with clear labeling, instruction manual is well written with clear/simple drawings, the chair color (light walnut) looks good as advertised, and the chair assembly is painless. First, the included wrench is marginal. IMO, start your chair assembly with a standard wrench - it'll make for a more pleasant experience. Second, I would pre-drill all the screw hole ends to eliminate wood cracking, specifically the seat back (see photo). Use a 3/32" drill bit or smaller on hole ends to prevent wood cracking. Beautiful chairs that were very easy to assemble. The only challenge we had was with the pre-drilled holes for the cup holder bracket. They were a little too close to the edge and cracked the wood when the screws were inserted. Easy fix: just drilled my own holes more towards the center of the base.
