I like this foot stool very much. I already had leather cognac colored chairs and wanted a foot stool to match. It works well. It came with a scratch dead center on the top. Small but still there. I was refunded a couple bucks. I can’t tell if it’s actual leather as there is no smell…which is okay. The legs were easily assembled. My cat likes it. It’s a little taller than my sofa but I think it will work. UPDATE: my cat likes it too much and the corners were easily damaged by claws. Very nice lounge chair.! The leather is very nice and is comfortable to sit on. The only thing is I would have liked for the chair to have a little bit of reclining capability.
