The stool bases are pretty heavy and feel sturdy. The packaging was horrible but they don't look to be damaged. We haven't assembled these yet so I can't speak to the ease of that. They're definitely the exact style and color I was looking for - a polished gold finish with a black seat cushion. They will match perfectly with our newly remodeled black/white/gold kitchen. Though this will be the last large item I purchase from Wayfair. The box they came in said they were white which leads me to believe it wasn't the original box, that the chairs were repackaged in a previously used box. I can't imagine how else the box would be this busted up while the chairs were fine.. Courtney. Forest Park, IL. Wed Jul 11 2018

I love these chairs! Even better in person than the photos. High quality, light but sturdy, modern and a little playful. They look like they will deal ok with the weather in Arizona, I’m very hopeful. They are also comfortable and compact.. Daphne. Tucson, AZ. Mon Apr 20 2026
