So this is cute and easy to assemble BUT the second tier, specifically the round portion that is supposed to swing out isnt designed correctly. The swing and pole are all one piece so its very wobbly when built and w e didnt feel confident it would be safe to put bottles or glasses on. We ordered a replacement since we at first thought it was the piece that was defective but no.
