Kindly note that the film cannot provide privacy at night. When the inside light is stronger than the outside at night, the mirror reflective effect will disappear. Installation tips: Before installation, please totally clean the window surface and corners to ensure that there is no dust on them. Remember to remove the protective backing film before applying and spray plenty of water onto the glass surface and static cling side of the window film for adhesion(the more water, the better). After installation, please trim the edges and leave enough gaps between the edge of the film and the window to easily squeeze out the air bubbles.

My condo has french doors in the living room and one bedroom. Even with blinds, the east morning sun heats up the entire unit, taking it all day to cool down. I have been able to lower my thermostat an average of about 2-3 degrees during the day since applying the film and I no longer have to keep the blinds closed tight all day. Surprisingly, it didnt make my room seem dark. The photo above shows the doors with film on the right side only and you can see it doesnt darken the room much. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect little AC unit for our bedroom. It's been pretty quiet. Im a big fan of the app, easy to use and it just works. Being able to schedule the unit to turn on has been a game changer. I like the night mode, especially since the screen turns off and it slowly tapers off how cool it is. It did startle us the first night because it makes a bit of a noise compared to a larger unit we have when on auto mode. The louver or where the air discharges moves up and down if you'd like and being able to have it close when the unit is off is nice.
