Honestly I am really happy with this dresser. It arrived extremely well packed, and the quality and workmanship are solid. There are a lot of parts and hardware but everything is clearly labeled and the instructions are detailed and easy to follow. I definitely recommend using your own tools, because the ones included are very small and will hurt your fingers after a few screws. With a friend and proper tools, it took 2 hours with no breaks. Doing it alone with the provided tools would take much longer. It is heavy and feels very sturdy once assembled, and the drawers open and close very smoothly. Putting together all 9 drawers is a bit of work, but totally worth it. I placed it in my entryway, it looks beautiful. The only small downside for me is the countertop.
