Rich tones and clean slatted lines give this storage bench a warm, grounding presence that feels right at home in bustling entryways or quiet bedrooms. The high back and gently flared arms nod to classic Mission design, while the lift-top seat conceals a roomy compartment for shoes, scarves, or seasonal layers. With its crisp edges and tailored profile, it adapts effortlessly to modern, transitional, or traditional spaces whether tucked beneath a window, placed at the foot of a bed, or anchoring a mudroom. Wherever it's placed, this piece keeps clutter out of sight while lending the room a polished, welcoming feel.

The Glenn 50 inch storage bench exceeded my expectations in both quality and pricing. I needed the storage for our winter hats, scarves and gloves to have at the ready when venturing out in our northern Michigan winters. I have always called these “deacon benches.” The sizing is generous holding so many items. This would literally work for a family of 6. This is true to size fitting into our foyer exactly as advertised at the 50 inches in width. (See photo). The wood is solid and without blemishes. The finish is a shiny dark brown color. This is solid and strong and does not wobble. The bottom of the storage area is a thinner wood and is rated to hold no more than 30 pounds. My husband assembled this in just under an hour. The small included Allen wrench did not fit the screws so my husband used his own Allen wrench. My only critique is that the included wrench did not fit. This bench is a quality item appearing rich and elegant in my home and I am sure to receive compliments.. Debbie. Gaylord, MI. Fri Oct 23 2026

This bench is solid as a rock. I love the colors of the wood. It’s a perfect fit and goes with my chalked painted oak table. Very happy customer. I was a bit worried about the shipping, but it came in perfect condition Thank you, Wayfair Terri. Terri. Burien, WA. Fri Nov 03 2023

Add traditional style with a farmhouse touch to your space with this bench. Crafted with a solid wood frame, this bench features an acacia wood veneer. It showcases a slatted back and recessed arms framing a rectangular seat, while the block legs are edged with beveled trim. A white-washed finish gives this bench a brightening feel, and a dark seat completes it with a two-toned appearance. We love that at 67.5'' long, this bench seats up to three people and is suited to larger spaces like living rooms and dining rooms.

Definitely off-white, which I prefer. Super sturdy and beautifully designed. Everyone loves sitting at it during meal time. My two toddlers like to play and sit on it, and it's totally safe for them.. Liz. OR. Mon Oct 27 2025

Embrace rustic charm and gather around this solid wood dining bench, crafted for shared meals and warm conversation. Its Indonesian origins lend a unique character, making it a stylish centerpiece for your dining space.

I really wanted a bench for a good place to sit kids if I need to, but I was pleasantly surprised to have it easily seat 3 average- sized adults! My husband, adult daughter, and teenage son all sat on this comfortably for dinner. It is a true white color, as you can see from my photo against my antique white table legs and walls. Having a back makes bench seating so much more comfortable and this one is the perfect height to fit under my service window. We thought it looked too bulky in our space at first, but it has really grown on us! I haven’t decided if I’ll paint it antique white to match the surroundings. I took off one star because one of the sides came with a misaligned hole! Thankfully, my husband it handy and measured and drilled a hole in the correct spot. I love the look and feel of my new bench!. Michael. West Springfield, VA. Thu Mar 26 2020
