I love this little table and chairs! It was really easy to put together and it’s very sturdy. Only 2 issues during install: #1 they sent 7 wooden plugs fur the chairs instead of 8 and apparently you need to buy wood glue to put them in, which is no biggie, I can pick up an extra at the hardware store. #2 there were no guide marks on the bottom of the table to show where to attach the brackets. This dining set is a gentle softness.

We had a very difficult time getting the 2 table top halves to separate to reveal the leaf. It turns out, the manufacturer physically **drilled screws** into the bottom of the table closed and there was nothing in the instructions telling us this detail. These "remove" block pieces blend in with the rest of the wood on the bottom of the table. They did stamp "remove," on them but again, these blocks blend into the table and unless you know to look for them, they can easily be missed. The bottom also has some interior damage I'm assuming from transit but it's hidden so I guess not a big deal aesthetic wise, but for integrity, time will tell. This table is perfect for our new sunroom. We had no problem with the assembly. The mechanism for opening the table to insert the leaf is very easy to open and close. The color in the online pictures makes it look like it is more white with gray but in person it is more of a cream color with gray, so keep that in mind if you really want it to be more white. I had this set shipped outside of the US (Wayfair delivered to my freight forwarder). It arrived without any scratches, dents etc. Very satisfied with the packaging. I took a gamble when I bought this set as it was a new product and there were no available reviews on Wayfair. However, the dimensions were perfect for me and I loved the design on the chairs. This set looks more expensive than what I paid. I get a lot of compliments on the chairs. The product description indicates that you can put hot stuff on the tabletop but I've been too coward to try as I don't want to ruin my lovely dinning set. I was also worried about not having upholstered seat chairs as this could get uncomfortable to sit on for long periods. However, I must say that these chairs are very comfortable, even the way the back rest is shaped makes it very comfortable to sit on. I'm not sure about the assembly though as it was done by two relatives who wanted to surprise me while I was at work. However, I was told that you need two people to open the leaf.
