I literally just put it together, filled it up and turned it on. So far, it’s sturdy and made well. The water flows well - but the top pitcher that fills and pours to the next, fills up too quickly and overflows. The other pitchers fill and pours properly. I was hesitant to order this because I initially wanted something that had the fountain functional in multi layers or as a wall of streaming water, not something that was smaller and designed to look like it sits on a pedestal. I was also worried about the low price and quality. I am very impressed with this. First, it is heavy - the stated specs are 22.7 lbs and it is closer to 45lbs. That means it is sturdy and robust. The pump and light are easy to assemble. This took me more time to unbox than it did to set up. It was packaged in a large box with ample hard foam padding all four sides. The sound of the water is loud enough to hear over a noise AC unit but not so loud that it is distracting. Cute fountain, a bit shorter than I realized. Had some blemishes in the glazing where it looks like someone applied a different material to fix it? The instructions didn’t include a great diagram of the part labeled “leak protector” so I had to find an online instruction manual for a similar fountain from the same company, which used the same part. The pump was a bit unwieldy to position. So far it’s a pleasant sound of water, no drips. Not sure if any birds will use it, I was hoping the sphere on top would attract hummingbirds to bathe. Assembly directions were lacking, but a bit of experience and ingenuity goes a long way. Initially had issues getting the water to pump when assembled but quickly figured out the hose connector had a crimp and was too long. Trimmed that connector a bit and that solved the problem.
