I literally just put it together, filled it up and turned it on. So far, it’s sturdy and made well. The water flows well - but the top pitcher that fills and pours to the next, fills up too quickly and overflows. The other pitchers fill and pours properly. Set up was fine . Please note that you can just plug into an electrical outlet . You do not need to “hard wire it” as the description says. It is easy. However, the unit has a defect! The fake copper lip that the water falls from is NOT LEVEL ! Therefore the waterfall will never be like the picture in a nice V fall. I wired the lights into my existing low voltage patio lights for convenience as it comes with separate cords for the pump and lights.
