I ordered this for my 80 year old mother who mostly walks with a cane but needs a little more support from time to time. I liked the versatility of this product, which converts from a rollator to a transport wheelchair pretty easily. It was a bit challenging to put together. The first try I ended up putting it together backwards-the QR code on the instructions took me to an instruction video for a different product (a bathtub grab bar) and the photos included in the instructions weren’t detailed enough to be helpful. But I figured it out and once it was together it was great. It’s not very heavy, has break locks to keep it steady when sitting down or getting up, the foot rests are very light and easy to add or remove and store under tor seat, and my mom loves the purple color, which is more like a lilac or deep lavender than purple. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the back rest needs to be more adjustable. My mom is a fairly small person and she has to sit all the way back in the chair to have her back against the backrest and complains that it should be a bit higher, but there is no way to make the backrest smaller or move it higher up. This states that there is a footrest but it does not! The seat is quite high so a short person would have trouble hoisting themselves onto it. I'm sure it's because there is no footrest so you need to sit high for your feet to dangle if used as a transport chair. We wanted to love the rolator walker/wheelchair. Couldn't happen. The assembly instructions were awful! Even the preassembled pieces were not correct. The footrest might work for a small 12 year old. Otherwise the footrest angles too high for comfort, even for a 5'3" 130# woman. The angle is not correct. One of the main reasons we selected this walker/wheelchair was the claim of the weight of 15.6 pounds. It weighs 20 pounds. Those 4+ pounds make a difference for a person with respiratory issues. This chair is amazingly well built, reasonably easy to put together, but your patient must be able to stand in order to make it work. Ultimately, I could not use it for my elderly mother, who had a stroke on the left side because that side was too weak to use her left leg to stand. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone who has a patient that can stand and support their weight on both legs as even two caretakers cannot make the chair work for a patient who is partially paralyzed..
