I love our ladder! It’s so well made and fits in our formal kitchen wonderfully well! I purchased unlacquered brass hooks to hang it from in the pantry. We get so many compliments on it!. Deborah. Mckinney, TX. Thu Aug 06 2026

This is great! The ladder is sanded very smooth and soft, no additional sanding required. Ladder is difficult to assemble, as in awkward. You will need someone to hold things and fiddle with it with you. The rail was super easy, and the metal pieces are pretty substantial. My only complaint is that one of the screw heads sheared off, so now I don't have support there, but the hassle of trying to tap it out has prevented me from dealing with it unless I have to. Ladder adjusts easily and rolls very smoothly! Buy it, it's worth it.. Anonymous. US. Mon Apr 20 2026

They are sturdy and thick enough to hold heavy blankets!. Abby. Grimes, IA. Thu Dec 14 2023

This sturdy oak stepping stool can be used in a variety of settings in any household. It can be used as a small flower display great for holding any house plants. A side table in your living room with an extra surface ready at a moment's notice.

Exactly what I was looking for! We are rearranging shelves and this is the perfect solution. It went together easily. We reinforced with gorilla glue and used a rubber mallet to set the pegs. Both unnecessary. Holes were drilled in the proper places and the directions were clear. It is sturdy and it folds easily! Great buy! Delivery was a day early to boot!. Jean. Easton, MD. I would love to give this a 5. The ladder is so cute and exactly what I was wanting. The ladder comes assembled—there are two pieces that are attached in the middle. As others have stated in their review, the pieces are not joined well and in fact there is a small gap where you can see the screws. The ladder feels bendy in this spot. It will work for me though.. Debbie. Glen Allen, VA. Thu Jul 17 2025

Packing and delivery was great, pieces look well made, but the 12 +2 JCBCW Screws are too large for ALL of the holes, and it cannot be assembled. Very disappointed since this was the last piece to be added to my new bedroom arrangement. Not sure what to do, can correct screws be sent? Other than that, I was impressed with the quality. After discussing with my carpenter, I was able to assemble with no problems after lubricating each screw before use. Turned out perfect!!. Anonymous. Portsmouth, NH. Sun Jul 05 2026
