Whalen Industrial Workbench

Built to handle the demands of everyday use, every inch of this well-designed, industrial-style workbench is made to last. From the roomy drawers built for weight to the sturdy lower shelf that's just the right size for tools or storage baskets, this wheeled wonder is an excellent addition to any space in the home, from the front hallway to the kitchen, and even the garage. Smooth-Gliding Wheels: All four legs in this industrial workbench end in smooth-gliding caster wheels, enabling it to move with ease when you're setting up a project or redecorating. Need the table to stay put? Two of the wheels offer lever-style locking to keep the workbench from moving or rolling as you work. Well-Sized: this is a substantial piece with plenty of surface area for tools, decor, and more. The wheeled base makes it easy to move from room to room - for projects and building areas like the garage or basement. The sturdy hand-finished wooden top gives the piece visual weight without making it difficult to relocate when necessary. Materials: Built with solid rubberwood and powder-coated steel mesh along the lower shelf, the riveted details at the corner aren't just for show: this wheeled workbench will offer performance for years, even under heavy demands. Campaign-style hardware on the drawer pulls is recessed to prevent snags and stubs in narrow hallways or tight workspaces, too. Built Tough: While this wheeled industrial table has the looks to easily blend in as interior decor, make no mistake: it's capable of handling a lot. The thick rubberwood top holds up to 1000 pounds of weight, the lower steel shelf holds up to 200 pounds, and each of the two drawers is rated to hold up to 100 pounds each on sturdy metal glides. Each drawer features a solid wood front for added durability, as well.

Good quality. Looks nice. No problems with it. Fair price. I’d buy another matching piece.. Amy. Pittsburgh, PA. Tue Sep 01 2026

The 60’’ garage cabinet system provides massive storage with a full organizer suite (racks, hooks, panels) and supports a heavy-duty 2000 lbs capacity (850 lbs on the wooden worktop). It features a built-in power strip with 3 AC outlets and a 6.4 ft cord, plus a smooth-gliding welded steel frame. Versatile for garages, workshops, or studios, it requires 2–3 people for quick, stable assembly.

The workbench system seems to be sturdy and stable. It has 6 strong and adjustable anti-slip leveling feet. It took a while even for 2 people to assembly the storage stystem. The instructions were not detailed enough and even misleading at one point to make the assembly easy. The picture with a man at the workbench is misleading as the whole system is not as high as pictured. The height of the workbench is not high enough either. It would help for the bench to be a littel thicker as well. It looks more like a writing table than a garage workbench.. Ursula. Sun Oct 11 2026

From stylish storage of dining room essentials to a convenient crafting stash on wheels, this sturdy, handsome industrial storage cart is surprisingly versatile. Whether you just need a little more storage space for your favorite belongings or need a solution that's as much form as function, this cart fits the bill nicely. Standing 37 inches tall by 42 inches wide and 20 inches deep, it's a substantial piece with plenty of room to display your personal belongings, serve food, or even act as a work surface for projects and hobbies. Industrial-Inspired Design: From the warm wooden drawer fronts to the cool grey metal of the surrounding frame, this is a modern cart with a vintage warehouse feel. Exposed rivet details at the corners add compelling design textures as well as strength to the overall design. Sturdy Wheeled Base: Caster wheels on all four legs ensure consistent balance and support without anchoring this substantial industrial furniture piece in one place. Simply grasp the handle and steer it into the spotlight or out from underfoot if guests are on the way: either way, it glides with a satisfying smoothness. Has it been set up where you like it? Just use the lever-style locks on the two left wheels and the car won't roll or shift.

Love it! Heavy in deed but worth it so far. It’s been fun to work out what will live in this island.. Eva. Thu May 07 2026

The mobile workstation utility cart combines the strength of hardwood and heavy-duty steel with the total mobility of four 360° swivel casters. Designed for easy maneuverability on uneven surfaces, each caster also locks fully in place to hold the workstation steady for projects requiring precision. It’s even stylish enough to roll up next to the grill for backyard get-togethers.

Nice cart for my mini mill. Based on others commentary I was concerned about possible shipping damage but this arrived in good shape. Assembly was simple. A nice-to-have would be an option to add leveling feet as there is a slight wobble on my mildly uneven shop floor. And the mill will move around the shop so each location will have its own leveling challenges. Leveling feet are also a must for stabilizing the mini mill. (Unlikely many will need that kind of stability) I’ll have to purchase the leveling casters separately. Bit pricey but it’ll do the job nicely.. R. Wellesley, MA. Fri Oct 09 2026

I love this workbench! It's sturdy and easy to assemble. The added light is a great feature. The workbench helped me get all my tools organized. I would've given this 5 starts, but it doesn't utilize a standard pegboard system. Instead it uses "360° tool hanging system" which I discovered after it arrived. I was able to create a workaround by attaching a standard pegboard to it & use a standard pegboard accessory kit.. Lloyd. Wharton, NJ. Mon Oct 05 2026
