Took a little while to put together but once it’s done it met our needs. The only thing is that the hooks are very light and cheap so I had to buy heavier duty hooks to even be able to hang anything.. Brittany. Eveleth, MN. Mon Oct 19 2026

Surprisingly, easier to put together than I anticipated. Really solid. This took awhile to put together - prob 1.5 hour per cubby. It looks pretty good, I wish there was a way they all hooked together.. Kim. St. Louis, MO. Mon Jul 27 2026

This freestanding hall tree streamlines your entryway with plenty of storage and a classic coastal farmhouse look. It's made from engineered wood with a smooth finish in a neutral hue that goes with nearly any color scheme. We love that its five hooks make it easy to hang coats, scarves, and hats where you can grab them before heading outside. And the included bench has three open cubbies great for storage baskets and stacks of books. Plus, there are four smaller cubbies in a grid for four pairs of shoes. A wall anchor is included for additional stability.

Very nice product. Not to bad to put together. The plastic piece that goes into the drywall does not hold the screw in so its loose on one side. Thats the only bad part about it.. Miguel. Piedmont, SC. Wed Oct 21 2026

This item fit perfectly in our hall space with the right proportions and has a nice, slightly distressed look to it that we were looking for. The packaging of the item used a lot of styrofoam (messy and annoying) and the pressboard construction made the box very heavy by nature. The assembly was pretty involved with a LOT of pieces and attaching hardware. Due to the number of panels in the box I didn't unpack every single one and inspect them prior to assembly but I probably should have. I started the assembly and got a good bit into it when I noticed one panel was unacceptably damaged. I immediately contacted Wayfair and arranged for the free replacement delivery of just the one damaged panel. This slight delay in the assembly worked out great rather than try to disassemble what I had done and return a 100+ lb. box. Completely satisfied the product and the Wayfair customer service.. David. Its clean white finish and sleek black hardware create a versatile look that complements any décor while offering a practical solution for shoes, coats, and accessories. It looks just like the image and is solid but there is no way to actually put all 3 together - they don't latch or click. It is 3 separate units. They just sit next to each other on the floor. They are heavy so its fine and maybe easier to clean that way, but it's not one full unit. A bit of a pain to build.. Caesara. Bend, OR. Wed Oct 14 2026

The bench was delivered on the expected date. The bench is sturdy and feels like it’ll hold up for years. It wasn’t difficult nor did it take me long to put it together by myself. A lot of people said the holes were off, which made it difficult to put together. I didn’t experience that. Everything was able to be pieced together smoothly. I’m trying to get my entryway put together, and this is the first piece. I’m so exciteddddd!!. Madison. Sun Oct 04 2026

The quality exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Truly a 10/10 purchase, and I would absolutely buy it again!. Chloe. Murrieta, CA. Sun Aug 16 2026

The Hall Tree Bench is simple, beautiful, and very functional. I didn’t buy it mainly to use as a bench; I bought it to have a convenient place for my bags, keys, and lunch bag, and it works perfectly for that. The shoe compartments are a little limited. They are fine for sandals or flatter shoes, but not really for heels because the space between each section is too small. I ended up using the second compartment for my tall lunch bag, which worked well, but you cannot fit much more in that area. The color matches what is shown on the website, and I’m planning to add a green plant later to bring in a little more color. I really love the look of it. One important thing to know: it comes in a BIG and HEAVY box. If you need room-of-choice delivery, I recommend arranging it directly with customer service instead of relying only on the website. I carried and assembled it by myself, but I definitely agree with the recommendation to have someone help you. Once I opened the box, the instruction guide, tools, and hardware were all included. The directions were easy to follow, and assembly was actually very simple. The hardest part was cleaning up all the protective foam and cardboard used to keep the pieces safe during shipping. I actually enjoyed putting it together with some good music and a beer. Everything is possible! I love this Hall Tree Bench. It is practical, attractive, and works perfectly for what I needed. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice.. Aliuscha. Hialeah, FL. Sun Oct 04 2026
