This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. Gorgeous linen white color that matches our walls perfectly. Shipping took longer than expected. I ordered 2 of these and each has some slight imperfections from handling. Luckily, it's in hidden areas not visible. I wasn't expected these to be already built. Shelves are not easily adjustable because they come screwed in place. We use for our kids' books.. Eileen. TX. I love the look, color, design and materials of this product. It was easy to put together but it did take two of us at least 5 hours to do so. The bottom half of the cabinet is very sturdy and secure but the upper half is wobbly, due to lack of any kind of pieces that would really give the top half more rigidity. The upper half moves quite a bit when opening and closing doors etc. It's exactly what I wanted and need but I wish the top portion was more sturdy.. Jo. East Hampton, NY. Thu Jan 30 2025

Very nice quality and appearance. I've gotten a lot of compliments. Decent amount of storage, sturdy enough for the purchase price, paint is consistent with website color. I bought two for my folding clothes and got the assembly service. I'm very happy and recommend this wall unit. One note about the packaging - it is like getting into Fort Knox. The packing is very protective but I had to get the assembler to open some of the larger boxes. Highly recommend using assembly service - it's a good value compared to Task Rabbit or other services..
