Ok. I ordered a different item, 2 days later I checked on the delivery. The web site said the item was canceled. Mayfair did not contact me about the cancelation. I order this part. Mayfair explained the delivery date and said if I needed it sooner I could pay 30.00 for expedited delivery. The item arrived late. I would like a refund for the extra shipping charge. We ordered two, one in black the other in brush Nickle. Love the colors and functionality. The detached shower head could be stronger but works great and the rain shower is bigger than we expected. Love the way it works. However, there are extra parts that need to be order which is not explained.
