If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

I think this couch is very comfortable, not too firm but not too squishy either. Its good structure for a couch in an area where you will be sitting up and talking with others rather than lounging in front of the TV. I find it comfortable enough for lounging but my husband does not. He prefers ultra plush squishy couches. The material is great. The color is true to the image. It came well packaged.. Elyse. Beautiful couch, and very well-made. I’d agree with other reviews that say it’s a little firm, but I expect it to soften up with use. It’s a great height and the depth is good. For reference, I’m 5’5” and when I sit all the way back, my knees hit right at the edge and my feet dangle a bit. It’s a true linen color, and the full service delivery was a breeze.. Isabella. Have only had it a week but loving it so far. Was nervous about buying a sofa sight unseen but everything people said in their reviews was accurate. It is firm but still soft without giving a sinking sensation. The leather is nice as well, I like that it 100 leather and not leather match. Looks good in the space too without being imposing, glad this is the one we went with.. Kenisha. Capitol Heights, MD. Sat Oct 10 2026
