The settee looks great in my feminine palates room! I put it together myself and it took about an hour. It came with all the tools and parts. Not too difficult and the instructions were good. I just have a slight concern about its sturdiness but I don’t plan to have a lot of people using it. It’s mainly for me only or me and one other person occasionally. I’m happy with my purchase.. I must admit I got a bit spooked when I was taking it out of the box, it seemed super flimsy and cheap (not shocking considering the price). That said, the beige fabric itself genuinely looks quite nice, and once it was all put together, it felt pretty sturdy. I don't know if I can officially recommend this technique as I didn't check fabric care instructions, but I steamed the entire thing to get out the creases and it made a WORLD of a difference. The seat cushions puffed up a ton, too. I just wanted a cozy small couch to fit against a window in our living room by our big couch, and this (so far) seems well-suited for that. I'd be a little nervous about my (very tall) husband flopping down on it, but for me (115ish lbs) it feels like it'll do the job reliably enough. Natalie. Sat Aug 29 2026
