I'm not a professional cook, or accomplished amateur, but I do cook regularly, and I prefer cooking on stainless steel as opposed to non-stick. This is a solidly made 8 inch frying pan, that feels like it will last forever. It's perfect size for when you don't need to use a larger frying pan. It's a little heavier than what I was expecting, but overall very happy with the purchase.. Bobf. Philadelphia, PA. Sun Sep 27 2026

The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

No other piece of cookware performs with the versatility of the saucepan. Whether you are preparing a delicate hollandaise sauce, steaming savory wild rice, or simmering a hearty soup, no other piece of cookware offers more reliable results. The saucepan bonds stainless steel to a core of pure aluminum for unsurpassed durability and performance.

I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. I am very pleased with this purchase and the price makes it even better.. Karen. New York, NY. Wed Aug 05 2026

The saucepan is a time and space saver, a necessity for today's kitchens. The pour spout and draining lid ensure drip-free pouring, while two different-sized draining holes provide superior control. The flavor lock lid seals in moisture and nutrients for healthier, more flavorful results every time. The exclusively designed aluminum encapsulated base provides superior heat conductivity and even heat distribution to meet the demands of gourmet chefs everywhere. The mirror finish, classic look, and professional performance of stainless steel are an investment that will prove its worth every time used. The 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface does not discolor, react with food, or alter flavors and easily cleans to its original brilliant finish. The saucepan will give countless years of service and pleasure. No other piece of cookware performs with the versatility of a saucepan. It is a kitchen essential, working hard from morning until night.

Stainless steel sears. Non-stick releases. Most kitchens need both, which usually means two sets of pots and pans competing for cabinet space. The Lexi Home 7-Piece Cookware Set puts both on one surface. Each piece is tri-ply stainless steel cookware, built with an aluminum core between two layers of steel for even heat across the pan. The cooking surface is etched in a diamond pattern. Raised steel handles the sear. Non-stick in the recesses handles the release. Eggs slide free. Steak builds a crust. Pan sauces start from the fond, not from scratch. That is the working principle behind hybrid cookware, and the reason one etched non-stick cookware set can do the work of two. The set covers the core of daily cooking for home chefs. A 10-inch skillet for eggs and quick sears. A 2.7-quart saucepan for grains and sauces. A 4.2-quart sauté pan for one-pan dinners. A 4.8-quart casserole for soups, braises, and pasta. Three lids hold in heat and moisture. Every piece works on gas, electric, and induction cooktops, moves from stovetop to oven - without the lids - up to 500°F, and goes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. With steel on every exterior surface and steel on the cooking peaks, this kitchen cookware set is built as durable cookware for daily use. Hybrid performance, without the hybrid price tag.

We love this set of cookware. Professionally made and the closest to a commercial set as I’ve been in years. I’m looking forward to many years of use!. Mark N. Fredericksburg, TX. Thu Sep 03 2026
