Q: How to use a non-stick pan? A: Preheat the pan over medium-low heat for a few minutes before cooking, then pour in a small amount of oil to coat the bottom. This prevents food from sticking and allows the pan to perform at its best. Also, avoid using high heat unless frying or grilling. Q: How to prevent the enamel coating from peeling off? A: Avoid using the pan over high heat for extended periods; allow the pan to cool completely before rinsing with warm water to prevent the enamel from peeling off due to drastic temperature changes; handle with care to avoid impacts. Q: How to clean stubborn stains? A: If there are residual stains on the bottom of the pan, soak it in warm soapy water for 1-2 hours, then scrub it clean with a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, a small amount of baking soda works very well. Never use metal cookware or scouring pads, as they will damage the enamel coating. Silicone or wooden cookware can be used instead.

I absolutely LOVE these! They are super heavy duty. They are well made and easy to clean. They will be a nice alternative for the regular cast iron we have been using. I cannot recommend these more. They will not disappoint.. Emily. Welches, OR. Tue Oct 20 2026
