Make sure you are putting them the correct way or else you will work twice. They should all face the same way and side just like the 1st and 2nd ones thst are controlled with the arm. Photos shared are in progress, not complete. Overall this seems to be a great gazebo that should last a good amount of years and provide shelter from the elements, shade and a great outdoor living space for my family. The package came in 6 large boxes and we decided to tackle installation ourselves. As a working family, it took us 2 full weekends to complete the install. It was NOT easy, however, the kit came with every single correct part, cut to the right size, with plenty of hardware..but man was it tough in a few places! Mostly tedious, but definitely challenging for two healthy adults. Beyond the tediousness of assembly, the worst part about the entire experience was the shrink wrapped plastic coating that was applied to each metal roof panel. Why in the world was this done! We had to peel each individual metal sheet to remove the shrink wrapped layer that the Colorado sun would bake and flake off in less than a season and this added hours of unexpected assembly time and was an infuriating process! Otherwise my only feedback or warning is that the instruction manual has no written instructions, only pictures and symbols to work you through 18 steps with hundreds of parts. That made it challenging in a few places. Otherwise a heads up that you’ll be putting the entire thing together with an Allen wrench but I’d recommend having a drill with a hex bit and a socket wrench. A ladder is a must. Would recommend as a nice back yard gazebo, but with knowledge that it likely won’t last forever. Overall happy with our purchase!. Bria. CO. Mon Oct 12 2026

Create your ideal backyard retreat with our spacious 14 ft x 12 ft outdoor gazebo, comfortably seating 6‑8 guests for lively family gatherings. The 8‑degree sloped galvanized steel roof delivers rust‑resistant, fade‑proof performance and excellent rain drainage, supporting loads up to 3800 LBS. The movable CPAI‑84 shade cloth boasts UPF 50+ waterproof UV‑blocking protection and extra privacy. Blending natural‑industrial charm, it features storage pouches and a DIY hanging gap. Fit it on lawns, decks or use it as a reliable car‑shade canopy.

Nice looking and sturdy gazebo. Took me about 7 hours with no help, but 2 ladders came in handy. Wood seems soft and marks or dents easy. A couple of bolt holes were offset and in one of the front black from cross brackets, there was no hole at all. Otherwise, we love it overall.. Art. Oceanside, CA. Sat Oct 10 2026

Love this product! Didn’t give it a 5 because a piece was missing. We did eventually get it but was a bit of a headache. Also I feel because we self built it I notice the little things about it more then if we would have paid someone to build it. Did take 2 people and a number of days to build due to our schedule but overall wasn’t too complicated if you want to build it yourself. Love the lights and that you can open and close it.. Lindsay. EPDM sealing provides waterproof, windproof and dustproof protection. Adjustable louvers offer ideal light and ventilation for patios and gardens.

Good customer service, but delivery took a while We ordered this pergola in July, and it was supposed to arrive in six packages. A couple appeared to get lost in transit and had to be resent, and we were still missing a few pieces once the boxes arrived. I believe we received the final package in September. Thankfully, everyone we dealt with was helpful and easy to work with, and they sent the missing items fairly quickly once we contacted them. My husband and I assembled it in roughly five hours. A third person would have made a few steps easier, but we managed just fine with the two of us. Overall, it meets our needs and provides some shelter for our outdoor seating area. The delivery process had some hiccups, but customer service handled them well, and the finished pergola does the job.. Ann. Louisville, KY. Sun Oct 11 2026

CHEAP ALL THE WAY AROUND, INCLUDING THE HARDWARE PROVIDED. EVERYTHING IS SUPPOSED TO BE PREDRILLED OR MARKED ON WOOD. HOWEVER, DOWEL HOLES DRILLED ON WRONG SIDE AND TOO DEEP. WHEN DOWEL WAS INSERTED WENT RIGHT THROUGH THE WOOD, CRACKED WOOD, CRACKED ROOFING. ALSO, I NOTICE ON THE HORIZONTAL WOOD PIECES IT APPEARS DOWELS HOLES WERE DRILLED BUT ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS, NOTING IS MENTIONED ABOUT INSERTING DOWELS IN THESE HOLES WHICH WOULD GIVE MORE SUPPORT. I JUST HOPE IT'LL SURVIVE THE WINTER. NOT SURE IF THE ROOF COULD HANDLE THE WEIGHT OF THE SNOW. UGH. I WOULD UPLOAD PHOTOS BUT I CAN'T DO IT RIGHT NOW. MAYBE WHEN I HAVE MORE TIME. Jan.
