Called WAYFAIR right away - the stated could not give a price a price adjustment. EVERY other company gives you a 30 day price adjustment most of the time-NOT WAYFAIR. Every time I called - their agents just stayed to the script would not answer my questions - just kept repeating themselves from their script. Lousy customer service - would not help at all. Had issues with the umbrella I also bought with this order. There was a problem with delivery and they wouldn't do anything and blamed it on someone else. Very nice set. Very happy with the end result. Look very nice on our back patio. Fairly comfortable too. Will require 2 people for assembly and I strongly suggest using WD-40 for the screws. We’ve been really impressed with this patio set so far. It looks much more expensive than it actually is and fits perfectly on our patio without taking up too much space. The chairs and loveseat are surprisingly comfortable, and the table is the perfect size for drinks, snacks, or just relaxing outside in the evenings. The powder-coated steel frame feels sturdy, and the Textilene material is great because it dries quickly and is easy to clean after rain or pollen. Assembly took a little time, but once everything was put together it felt solid and stable. Overall, this is an awesome value for the price and completely transformed our outdoor space.
