For the price it was a particle board wrapped cheap looking bed that came chipped and warped. We should have known better than to go through the painful million steps to assemble in which holes were missing. Luckily my husband is extremely handy and could drill the holes the company forgot to drill in one entire board. After all the trouble the bed just looks like the cheap particle board bed it is. Very disappointed. I do not recommend and will be asking Wayfair to make it right. Shaun. Sun Oct 04 2026

Good materials and overall sturdy but it’s not easy to put together. You pretty much NEED a drill and two people. The center supporting legs do not all reach the floor so sitting down on it can cause noise. The frame is also bigger than a queen size mattress so there will definitely be a gap on one end.. Perfect for for what we needed. Super easy to put together. Maybe 1 hour. I know there is a sticky to hold the mattress in place, but a small lip at the end would help to hold in place. We purchased a twin so the mattress is lighter weight. I would get again.. Colleen. Chicago, IL. Mon Sep 07 2026

Sleek steel and sustainable bamboo come together in this platform bed to bring you the best of contemporary craftsmanship. A solid bamboo headboard highlights the wood’s natural grain, perfectly paired with a black metal frame for a modern, balanced look. Designed for both style and durability, bamboo offers an easy-to-maintain surface, while the sturdy steel base provides reliable support. Wide, closely spaced wooden slats create a stable foundation for any mattress without the need for a box spring, and non-slip tape helps reduce movement and noise. Thoughtfully packed with all the tools and instructions for quick assembly, this bed is built for effortless setup and lasting appeal.

This bed was phenomenally easy to assemble, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I really liked how this bed came with a ratcheted Allen key wrench and a regular Allen key, and I really appreciated that the hardware came in already organized for you in a cardboard blister, so you didn't have to dig around for it in a bag. Instructions were really straightforward and easy to follow, and they also linked a YouTube tutorial to make things easier in case if the graphics were not clear enough. The only major downside is that the under-bed clearance is less than 5", which can limit your storage space, but if you prefer your bed low to the ground, then this bed frame is perfect! If I had to nitpick, then I'd say that the wood parts of the bed have this very strong "new cabinet" smell, but I'm sure that will resolve itself over time. In conclusion, this bed has pretty great value to it because the build experience was very pleasant, the bed looks beautiful, and it's very budget friendly! Would definitely recommend, especially if you get it on sale :). Tim. CA. Wed Sep 23 2026
