Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it. This is a not a pure white bed, I would say more of a creamy white and I LOVE IT. It looks fantastic in our bedroom and the exterior pieces are well made. I could not give it 5 stars due to the flimsy slats for supporting the mattress. Also, a word of caution, DO NOT move the bed even slightly after getting it set up with the mattress on it. We have porcelain tiled floors so we could slide it another 2 - 3 inches so the headboard was against the wall but that caused all the legs on the slats to bend and fall off.
