This convertible chaise is great. I've seen some complaints about the cover material. I'm not sure what those costumers are looking at. This piece is made of dense memory foam. It needs 24-36 hours to stabilize. Open your box, follow the directions and then be patient. You will be very glad you did. Use the last 5% of the expansion to fit the zip on covers. Wait too long and it's like zipping an over stuffed suitcase. Regardless, it can be done. I'm really excited for this new piece for the house. This chaise is so comfy and so plush and fit perfectly into a small nook in my daughter’s room. I would give it 5 stars but it had a very strong “import” smell when it came out of the air sealed bag. We washed the cover, which helped, but the odor from the insert will likely linger for a while. It was so strong, it gave my daughter a headache. Either way, Everyone loves sleeping on this couch.
