Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway. Delivery was great: two guys moved my old couch for me then unpacked and put the new one in place. From what I explored at local stores I feel this couch was a good buy!. Nancy Justine. I ordered the deep seating version for my clients. I like the contemporary look and bench style seat cushion (no one will get stuck sitting in the cushion cracks). Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband.
