All weather steel case is finished in a bronze protective paint. The double-sided dials show a clock with an inside 24-hour (military time) inner track, bold Arabic numbers and a sweep seconds hand. The opposite side is a large easy-to-read thermometer with Fahrenheit and Celsius scales. This information center has Bulova’s unique lighted dial feature that comes on at dusk and continues through dawn. The instrument’s movements and dial are protected by weatherproof gaskets and glass lenses, so this clock functions in all weather conditions. This clock is extremely well made, graced with a high quality exterior finish and is a great size for viewing from across a porch or patio. The face is very classic and pleasing in appearance. Once the most majestic hotel in the 7th district of Paris, the Hotel de la Reine was the place where well-heeled tourists made as to their home base while visiting France. This wall clock is a replica of one that hung in the lobby and is framed in a hand-painted steel antiqued copper rim and glass bezel. The brass finish pendulum adds a touch of elegance to this beautiful clock.

A lot of the other clocks I looked at seemed to have AI generated cursive or other nonsense writing on them to articulate the face. This one is genuine. I absolutely love it. The pendulum adds character and the numerals are timeless. Perfect above a pantry door.. Melissa. Mcdonough, GA. Sun Jun 07 2026

Classic barrister-style clock in a cherry finish. The windfall features fan inlays, an Arabic numeral dial, and a quartz triple chime movement.

Nice case with battery powered electronic movement. Turing chime off reduces the sound to a subtle BLEEP but still noticeable. Price seems high for what you get but looks nice and works as described.. Dan. Townsend, TN. Fri Jan 21 2022

This clock is with a unique and timeless design. It is suitable for your room.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the Hermle Austen Clock (we chose the Cherry finished case, with the quartz movement). We researched for some time before deciding on this chiming, mantle clock by Hermle. First, the quality is excellent, with a German-made movement and an American-made case. Also, the Cherry finish is perfectly even, and the brass dial and handle are lovely, subtle tones. Just as important, the chimes sound wonderful -- almost as though we were in London and hearing Big Ben from a distance (there are 3 options for the sound of the chimes, we use Westminster). Finally, the Perigold staff were great at answering my questions before I placed the order, and the Perigold shipping was really fast.. Janice. TN. Mon Dec 21 2020
