Customers highly praise the product's beautiful appearance and the quality of its chimes, noting they sound like a grandfather clock. The audio aspect is also well-received, with adjustable chimes and volume options. Many feel the product offers good value for its price. However, some reviewers mention that the clock face is plastic and the "wood" is pressed cardboard, which may not meet expectations for a higher-end material. Additionally, the gold numbers on the clock face can be difficult to read from a distance.
