It's very nice, but unfortunately, I may not keep it if we cannot get the pump to be quieter, and if we cannot get it to stand straight up Thankfully, they are going to send another unit, hoping it will be much better... Finally got the replacement, and this water pump that sits in the dry unit base to move the 12 gallons of distilled water that we bought and poured in, is quieter so we can appreciate the water sounds more; but fyi the pump is still not totally quiet; we will try to put in our own insulation. I love this fountain! It looks beautiful and the sound is wonderful. However, the reason for the four stars instead of five is that I was going to use this in an indoor spa space. Water splashes everywhere. I have had to dry the flooring underneath it several times. I'm thinking it cannot be an indoor fountain. It's a great fountain for the value though.
